What was built
An operating model and single intake, a company-wide sprint system tuned from two-week to three-week sprints, and three departments set up from nothing: PMO, Legal, and License Sales & Growth.
Outcome
14 sprints run; 344 projects brought under governance and 179 delivered and formally closed; the Franchise Disclosure Document delivered inside the first sprint.
