ECSM: Egypt's Light Rail Transit (LRT) and BRT
Life Stranding is ECSM's project-management and PMC partner on Egypt's LRT programme, working within the National Authority for Tunnels' review and approval cycle.

Before Life Stranding
Our founder led programme governance on the same LRT programme at ECSM from 2022 to 2025, as Program Management Lead and Acting PMO Director: the handover of LRT Phase 1, and LRT Phase 3 earthworks (6.35 km) for the National Authority for Tunnels, with Khatib & Alami as consultant.
From 2019 to 2022 he was Deputy Delivery Manager on the 10th of Ramadan LRT for CREC–AVIC.
